Architects Create Fake Plans for East Village Mystery Lot

The Milstein real estate empire's rubble-strewn East Village lot has been an empty eyesore for so long that it only gets noticed for the rare art project hijacking or dead body found stuffed in a suitcase behind its fence. The Milsteins sill have no plans for the site, which extends from 13th to 14th Streets between Second and Third Avenues, but The Local got a pair of architects to dream up something for the lot. This place has everything: farmers market, community garden, a restaurant, apartments, babes in bikinis...
