Loft 6AB at 28 Laight Street doesn't score especially high on our Tribeca loft checklist, but to every rule there is an exception. And so 6AB merits our attention. At 5,462 square feet, most buyers will have more than enough room, and the artwork even offers one fun idea for what to do with the leftovers (stables, anyone?). So does the brokerbabble: "Generously proportioned foyer is perfect for library or music room"?and the 19 windows are already soundproofed. Plus, outside those windows, there are CaVaLa Capsouto Park views. The ask is $7.6 million; the current owner picked up the place for $3.116 million way back in 2001. What a difference a decade makes!
