What To Do With Your New $2.5 Million Condo: Light Show!

New, 3 comments

New York City has plenty of light show buildings already. The newest glow-in-the-dark novelty real estate item? Light show apartments. PSFK spots the first we've seen, a 42nd-floor Sky House condo that's now playing host to a six-month neon-heavy art installation, "So So, Incredibly Beautiful." Susanne Kenna paid $2,494,712 for the condo in 2008 and has moved all of her stuff into storage temporarily to display her friends' electric art, seen in the gallery above, around the clock. Hope they're covering the ConEd bill!
