The shuttering of the NYC office of the Clarett Group has left the developer's long-in-the-works The Collection at Court Street project in doubt, and neighbors already mad about the empty Carroll Gardens lot are less than pleased. Someone altered the "Another fine Clarett Group Development" sign on the plywood to read "Another fine disaster."
