Bill Clinton caused quite the stir when he took office space in Harlem right after exiting the Oval Office, but now that the neighborhood's gentrification is complete, he's moving on to the Financial District. Well, sorta. His foundation is moving downtown, but the smaller space he keeps that is paid for by taxpayers is staying at 55 West 125th Street.
