"The gentrification of Williamsburg is almost complete," the Brooklyn Paper writes, because the guy who owns one of the last artist studio buildings in the neighborhood is getting priced out (darn taxes!). He tried to stick a restaurant on the ground floor, but the property got rezoned for residential use. His neighbor? The slightly ridiculous Williamsburg Hotel & Residences, which has commercial zoning. What is happening to West Williamsburg these days? [Brooklyn Paper]
