Here's something we don't see often: a development getting built faster. But that's exactly what's happening at the Aqueduct racino, where the developer just announced that work will be speeding up by three months, with the casino to open by late summer and the racino's skybridge link to the A train to be done by the end of the year. Maybe more developers of new condos should install slot machines in their lobbies as a completion guarantee. [NYP]
