Word came last month that after four years on the market, NFL star Tom Brady had finally found a buyer for his 3BR condo in the Time Warner Center, on which he spent $14 million in 2006. The Observer has the final details on the sale, and it turns out the Brady half of the Brady-Bundchen household isn't so bad at real estate deals, either. Brady got $17.5 million for the apartment. The buyer is Robert Stiller, former CEO of Green Mountain Coffee and richest man in Vermont. Time to be a small fish in a big pond?
