The sellers for this house must really have some faith that there's a deep pocketed buyer out there for a renovated limestone with a colorless somewhat contemporary look in Park Slope. 557 7th Street is in a pretty prime location right off Prospect Park, but the $2,400,000 pricetag for a 16 foot wide house is a pretty lofty goal. The aesthetic isn't for everyone, but by no means would we call it ugly. On the other hand, the kitchen floor is making us a little dizzy if we stare at it too long. We think a 10-15% price cut might lure the right family into scooping this place up.
