Investment property sales firm Ariel Property Advisors just issued a 2010 Northern Manhattan Condominium Report, and here are some fun findings: "Transaction volume jumped 44 percent in 2010, as 437 properties traded compared to 303 in 2009...The price per square foot averaged approximately $537 in 2010, a 6.6 percent decline from 2009...Sales prices in the second half of 2010 actually increased because several high-end developments on Frederick Douglass Boulevard began selling out. Some buildings consistently achieved prices over $675 or even $700 per square foot." [CurbedWire Inbox]
