The coffee table in artist Meghan Boody's West Broadway loft is a moss-lined cage with real mice nibbling on a lifelike silicone body, so yeah, this isn't the typical apartment, not even in artist-filled Tribeca. And then there are the secret rooms, part of what makes this loft, in New York mag's words, a "a seven-room fantasy lair that is equal parts Alice in Wonderland and Being John Malkovich."
