It's been a big week for the D-line apartments at 15 Central Park West. Last week, #28D popped onto the market for a cool $25 million. This week, we're going up a few floors. The building's newest listing is #31D, which has gotten a "complete renovation" since George Logothetis picked it up for $12,931,775 in 2008. It would have to be a very complete renovation to explain the new ask of $28.75 million, or $9,060/square foot, not so far below the sale price of building developer William Zeckendorf's own 41st-floor unit. Sadly, the listing doesn't have pictures yet, so we can't judge for ourselves. Why we don't mind: #33D, two floors up, is also on the market, asking $31.5 million. So Anne M. White in #32D might be getting some calls from hopeful triplex creators?or maybe a buyer could bypass her unit entirely by connecting 31D and 33D with an outdoor chute.
