Interior shots in listings at 15 Central Park West generally leave us, frankly, unimpressed. We've been convinced that even on the coveted D-line, the D doesn't stand for "design." And we persisted in this belief until just this afternoon, when we saw the freshly-added listing pics, in the gallery above, for the building's latest D-line resale attempt, #31D. Now it's clear what owner George Logothetis' "complete renovation" did to the place. Another thing it's suddenly easier for us to visualize: a buyer writing that $28.75 million check.
