A few months after the Children's Aid Society's Board of Trustees voted to sell its historic Sullivan Street listings, the plan has reached the next stage: Cushman & Wakefield has been hired to do the actual selling. Three properties, 209-219 Sullivan Street, at 51,000 square feet, and 177 Sullivan Street, 6,000 square feet within a bigger building, will be hitting the market, with some additional development rights. The organization is expecting to fetch $20 million to $30 million from the sale, if they can dodge Brooke Shields. [Crain's; previously]
