Carroll Gardens House With Buried Treasure Sells Over Ask

The renovation of Carroll Gardens' 476 Degraw Street turned up a nice trove of treasures under the floorboards. And in the sellers' wallets! The two-family house was listed for $1.595 million, but according to a deal that hit public record earlier this week, it has sold for $1.625 million. (And part of the house is already for rent at $2,300/month.) Was the value of those antique nails, spoons, protractors, and buttons?framed for presentation to the new owner?factored into the price? The buyers are residents of 75 Wall, so there's at least one perk to a townhouse buy: they can put their dogs anywhere.
