Midtown's Park Imperial has been home to so many boldface names, from Daniel Craig to Jacob "Kobi" Alexander, that Harvey Spevak is basically just an ordinary resident by building standards. But the Equinox CEO has an impressive resume (Chelsea Piers users have him to thank for rock climbing walls and indoor beach volleyball). And an impressive apartment: he and his wife purchased and combined two units at the 230 West 56th Street building. They bought one for $2.5M in 2005 and the second for $2.954M in 2008. The combo, #50/51F, is now on the market for $11.995 million. The place has been "meticulously reinterpreted" by architect Ismael Leyva, who also worked with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill on the whole building. We grabbed a few shots of the Spevak renovation.
