During the depths of the market's despair, Harlem's Windows on 123 tried to give away cars in order to lure buyers. Now things have bounced back enough for the 26-unit development, made up of two glassy buildings on 123rd Street near Lenox Avenue, to be 77% sold or in contract. (The 12 sales recorded so far average $608/sqft, according to StreetEasy.) All but one of the remaining units are two-bedrooms, and their prices range from $740,000 to $790,000. To show off the goods, the developers have just unveiled a new 2BR model unit up on the sixth floor. The 1,236-square-foot apartment, with two bathrooms, two balconies and an asking price of $760k, was actually decorated by a building resident, interior designer Jim Streaker. Like the vibe of these leftovers?
