The waterfront park promised to Greenpoint in the 2005 rezoning has already had its allowance cut, and now it has to deal with a fight between the parents two boroughs that could keep it from finally going forward. The MTA had agreed to move a parking lot at the Greenpoint site to an empty lot in Maspeth, Queens, but somebody didn't like the plan: Queens. Local politicians are complaining that Queens doesn't need any more commercial traffic, but the final decision is up to the Bloomberg administration. [NYDN]
