The latest update in the long saga of Park Slope's Prime 6, the planned restaurant/bar aiming for the Nets game-attending crowd: a Community Board 6 committee wants the bar to close its outdoor patio by midnight on weekends to calm angry neighbors. The owner says closing up any early than 1 a.m. would mean losing money. Of course, Prime 6 has already had its liquor licenses approved, and the State Liquor Authority allows drinks to be served until 4 a.m., and the role of the CB 6 subcommittee is purely advisory. But we're glad the opposition has symbolically made its presence known. [BK Paper; previously]
