Most celebrities are contractually obligated to engage in epic real estate hunts every so often. Like Bruce Willis, whose apartment search with wife Emma Heming a few years ago took him to 15 Central Park West, 1 Central Park West's Trump International, and the Apthorp. All along, the couple owned a 20th-floor 3BR at 220 Riverside Boulevard's Trump Place, shown in the gallery above, but now they're getting serious about unloading it. The Post reports it's just hit the market?and the couple is willing to take a loss already. They paid $4.26 million for the place in 2007 but are now asking only $3.95 million.
