NYU plans to release its design proposal for the superblocks bounded by Houston, Bleecker, LaGuardia, and Mercer within the next few weeks, and Crain's has small preview of what's to come in the school's landscaping plans for the Silver Towers block. Seems vanilla enough, but will the neighbors let their guard down before those superblock plans are revealed? [Crain's; previously]
