Scamster's $25 Million Park Avenue Duplex About to Hit Market

This day has been coming for a few months: scamster Hassan Nemazee's 770 Park Avenue apartment is about to hit the market. The place is being sold by the feds to pay off Nemazee's victims, Madoff-style. The listing doesn't appear to be up yet, but the Post has a preview of the Nemazee duplex, and, well, we can see why his wife tried to keep it. The 14th- and 15th-floor apartment has 5BRs, 7.5BAs, and three maids' rooms and might fetch more than $25 million. The $17,000 monthly maintenance bill also explains why Nemazee might have needed $292 million in loans. We're just hoping the feds will give the world another video tour for this one.
