We all know about the marquee apartment buildings in Manhattan (740 Park, 15 CPW etc), but what about the finest of the outer boroughs? Well the Times looked into it and reported back with their findings. Brooklyn's One Pierrepont St. and 35 Prospect Park West lead the pack, with 3333 Henry Hudson Parkway and 2501 Palisade Avenue at the top of the Bronx market and the Kennedy House at 110-11 Queens Boulevard being the preeminent building in Queens. Even the disparity between One Pierrepont Street and the Bronx buildings is hilarious, let alone any real comparisons to the top of the Manhattan market. [NYT]
