FINANCIAL DISTRICT?Yet another new hotel for FiDi? Indeed! A parking lot down at 6 Platt Street is set to become the 264-room Four Points by Sheraton Financial District, corporate parent Starwood announced. The hotel is being developed by the Lam Group, and according to a building permit (that hasn't been approved yet), the Four Points will be 27 stories tall and designed by Nobutaka Ashihara. Based on the portfolios of both, we strongly recommend not getting excited. [BusinessWire]
