Look familiar? Last time we saw 103 Riverside Drive, it was asking $16.5 million for its 7,500 home theater-, built-in speaker-, and staff bedroom-filled square feet. That was already a reduced price: the house started out asking $21.5 million in June 2010. Coming up on its one-year marketversary has prompted some soul-searching...and some PriceChopping. The new asking price is $14.75 million, and the listing's sporting a new broker and some fresh less-stuffy photos, collected above. Will that and the quirky exterior be enough to bring in a buyer? The seller is also carrying an "enormous" $14 million co-op at 875 Park, so perhaps a bidder can play some hardball.
