Good God we love it when people in the same building put their apartments on the market at the same time. We especially love it when those apartments are in the same line. Ultimate deathmatch! That's precisely what's happened at 92 Laight Street, the tower portion of the two-building River Lofts complex in Tribeca, where Meryl Streep snagged a penthouse for just under $9 million. (Gwyneth Paltrow lives in the other wing.) Apartments #9A and #12A, both 2,666-square-foot 3BR/4BR condos, are trying their luck. #9A is already on its second owner, who bought the apartment in 2008 for...$6.5 million. Upstairs, #12A has a slightly different history.
