WILLIAMSBURG?The 20-unit condo building at 5 Roebling Street flew a bit under the radar in condo-stuffed Williamsburg, but that hasn't hurt sales. Corcoran's Barak-Blackburg Group tells us the last unit in the building closed yesterday, and the average sales price for all apartments was $635/sqft. The building is made up of 2BR and 3BR units ranging from 870 square feet to 1,225 square feet. [CurbedWire Inbox]

GREENWICH VILLAGE?The Center for Architecture at 536 LaGuardia Place just opened its exhibition of the 2011 Design Awards winners as selected by the American Institute of Architects New York Chapter.
