We're fans of The Laureate, the new limestone-clad Upper West Side condo building that pretends like it's a classic pre-war Rosario Candela co-op, and apparently so are many others. The apartments have been going to contract for an average price of $6 million, or $2,350 per square foot. [WSJ]
