The Daily News is reporting that a big reason for why apparently some of the most crowded and fastest growing areas in the city are said to be losing residents according to the Census is due to doormen refusing to let census workers into buildings or not letting them count the number of units in the building. So, doormen of wealthy apartment buildings are partly responsible for affordable housing possibly being underfunded. Ironic? [NYDN]
