UES House Wants a Second Chance to Make a $25M Impression

New, 5 comments

Given the eye-popping price affixed to the townhouse at 5 East 93rd Street, we were surprised by the, shall we say, DIY charm of the first batch of listing photos. Now the Carnegie Hill property, purchased by floral designer Lynn Jawitz for $4.25 million in 2002 and listed in March for $24.5 million following a thorough restoration, sports a new crop of professional shots that have really brightened the place up. And what do these new photos reveal? Something out of a medieval fairy tale. Bring forth the mead, wench!
