Jack Berman dropped the above New York by Gehry/8 Spruce Street/Beekman Tower photo in the Curbed Photo Pool, and we find it remarkable for two reasons. They are:
1) This is the first "Flat Side" photo that doesn't make us feel bad for the Flat Side.
2) Look at all those lights! C'mon, renters, tell us what it's like to tug on Gehry's knob.
As for pricing, the building's website still says studios from $2,630, 1BRs from $3,580 and 2BRs from $5,945. Pricier top floors coming soon.
