Manhattan Getting First Panera; Highliner Might Open Soon

This week's top dish from Eater NY, Curbed's restaurant, bar, and nightlife blog...

1) Flatiron: The storefront at 900 Broadway will soon be home to Seattle cheese shop Beecher's, opening its first NYC location later this year. A new cheese shop calls for the delivery of new milk drums, which calls for the above photos.

2) Chelsea: The Highliner, coming to the old Empire Diner space, didn't open as planned last September, but now the paper is down and it looks like the place might actually debut soon. Just in time for Phase II.

3) Chelsea: In other Chelsea news, Manhattan will be getting its first Panera when the chain opens at 330 Seventh Avenue in the not-too-distant future.

4) NYC: Next week is a special time over at Eater: Burger Week. Submit your nominations for NYC's best burger here.
