Admiral's Woe

The developments at the two Admiral's Row buildings in the Brooklyn Navy Yard slated for preservation just keep getting sadder. First the National Guard said the Timber Shed was too dilapidated for repairs, and it has now said the same thing about Building B in a letter sent to local politicians last week. The National Guard has no plans to preserve either building, and the Navy Yard Development Corporation isn't allowed to access the buildings for repairs while they remain under National Guard control. Are both buildings headed for Davy Jones's locker? ['Stoner; previously]
