Brooklyn's Arena From Above; Harlem's Beacon Towers Hits 90

ATLANTIC YARDSVILLE?Speaking of the Barclays Center, as we usually are, Tom Kaminski took a bunch of fresh construction shots of the arena while up in WCBS's Chopper 880. One day, an NBA championship trophy will be hoisted on the hardwood in that building. It will most likely be done by the visiting team. [WCBS 880]

HARLEM?It takes a bit extra to get noticed way up on 138th Street, and Beacon Towers, a 73-unit development comprised of middle-income and market-rate apartments, tried awfully hard over the past couple of years. It worked! The building is now 90% under contract. Six of the seven remaining units are income-restricted up to $192,000 (yep, that's "middle-income" in NYC), and the lone remaining market-rater is a 2BR priced at $499K. Here are the listings.
