After the recent passing of its legendary proprietor, Greenwich Street hipster mecca Don Hill's has shuttered for good, and development of the prime Hudson Square corner might be next. The one-story rock club is owned by Tribeca-based Ponte Equities, which didn't respond to Page Six's request for a comment. A neighborhood institution getting replaced by luxury condos?
