Status Check on the Other Huge Tower Going Up at Ground Zero

Despite the occasional $1.3 billion hiccup, Tower 4 sure has been making big strides lately. When taken in with 1 World Trade Center, tourists can no longer return home and tell their friends that Ground Zero is still just a big hole in the ground. Now it's a big hole in the ground with metal sticking out! The 72-story building designed by Fumihiko Maki is supposed to be finished by the end of 2013, and most of it will be occupied by government employees, maybe. Developer Larry Silverstein's WTC website has a big gallery of renderings of what 150 Greenwich Street will look like. Very very glassy.
