Now the full Community Board 2 has come out against the Trump Soho's request to add outdoor café seating to its public plaza. At a board meeting last week, CB2 said it's too early to make these changes to the recently opened plaza, and the café would be a "take-back of public space." The City Planning Commission can still go ahead and approve the Trump Soho's application.
