Serious drama is unfolding at Lux 74 on the Upper East Side, where the Post reports that Diane Passage, the sultry wife of jailed money manager Kenneth Starr, might be sneaking things out of their $7.5 million triplex and selling them on the sly. That would violate a court order, and one filing says Passage has been angrily demanding that the building's concierge move her items after hours. Lux's lawyer says Passage is nearly a year behind on the $7,039-a-month common charges and she's causing chaos. [NYP; previously]
