Back in 2008, apartment 3A at 15 Central Park West sold for $6,822,275, not a bad price for a 2,900 square foot apartment with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms in the Limestone Jesus. The problem is that you really don't get those magnificent views (or layouts) found in some higher floors. The sellers of this unit might want you to forget that part, and just put this 3rd floor unit on the market for $20,500,000, or about $7,047 per square foot. Someone looking to buy in the building is certainly going to notice that every unit listed at $20 million or more is on a high floor. Is this going to be 15 Central Park West's Waterloo? Also, can your head be in the clouds on the third floor?
