How long does it take before the cops step in when there's a naked man yelling racial epithets and threatening subway riders? One minute and 34 seconds. This guy truly might have topped all the crazies riding the rails with his 6 train meltdown?even though it doesn't prompt much rider reaction. Really not safe for work, obvi. [NYM]
