We've been waiting for 305 West 16th Street, better known to us as Dark Lord Chelsea, to take the next step ever since the giant metal flowers transplanted from Burning Man bloomed on its roof. When we visited, developer Harlan Berger told us the building?making a rental-to-condo switch?would be hitting the market ASAP. Building reps let us know the official launch will happen a week from tomorrow. In the meantime, the building website is already full of goodies. Floorplans above, prices below. And let's fill this sandwich with amenities: the building will have a roof deck, zen viewing garden, fitness room, and, of course, the "Perhaps" sculpture that now occupies the building's roof.
