Been a while since we've heard anything out of the planned luxury condos as 61 Fifth Avenue...and it'll probably still be a while. DNAinfo reports that the DOB filed a full stop-work order for the site yesterday because a metal rod from construction went through the window of neighboring 59 Fifth Avenue. The rod landed in a vacant apartment and no one was hurt?but 59 Fifth's owner blames the vacancy on the 61 Fifth Avenue construction, too. [DNAinfo; previously]
