We've seen the Bowery Hotel's penthouse lofts before?back in early 2008, in fact, when one of them was RentChopped from $40,000/month down to $30,000/month. There's been a whole recession between then and now, but the more things change... So maybe we shouldn't be surprised that the penthouse rental is back on the market for $30,000/month. EV Grieve spotted the listing, which offers a better look inside than our earlier glimpse at the place. It looks like this apartment or the other Bowery Hotel penthouse was asking only $23,000/month for a short time in 2009. Guess the rental market really is back!
