A little while back we told you about Dumbo's newest high end rental at 25 Washington Street aka Gair2. The building is now open for business! Rentals are going for $2,300 for a one-bedroom all the way to $6,000. Of course it's got all the standard amenities you'd expect from a building commanding this kind of rent, but in addition there's also a neat 2,500 square foot rooftop deck that probably has killer views. Since people are moving in and it's getting warm out, that deck should be hopping soon. Brownstoner has some shots of the interior and if we're to judge from these, color us disappointed. They're not particularly impressive and the lighting in the kitchen along with the weird triangular bedroom isn't winning us over.
