1.) Soho: One Soho Ralph Lauren store at West Broadway closed so another location could open nearby at Prince and Greene Street. It's not two stores, but at least the new one is bigger.
2.) Lower East Side: The New Museum teamed up with 18 artists to create murals on storefronts. The exhibition is called After Hours: Murals on the Bowery and there's even a guided cellphone tour.
3.) Midtown East: The Posh Fashion Sale set up shop at the Plaza Hotel. The philanthropic event was to benefit Lighthouse International, a charity dedicated to fighting vision loss.
