Close but no cigar. There were a lot of guesses that this apartment at 320 East 57th Street was asking a price slightly north or slightly south of $1,000,000. One commenter came close guessing $930,000. Looks like the main complaint is the high maintenance on this place, which is a pretty steep $2,466 a month. That rooftop could be nice soon enough, though.
