Designers Take Over Two Condos in West Chelsea's +Art

West Chelsea condo +Art stepped away from the market when the recession hit, and the time away seems to have done it some good. Closings recently kicked off in the building, and now it's home to the Elle Decor Modern Life Concept House. The showhouse doesn't open to the public until May 20, but Curbed National got an early tour. How it works: designers from Elle Decor's "A-List Designers to Watch" redecorated two adjacent 1BRs on the building's 10th floor. Above are a few of our favorite rooms.
