The last time we checked in on Greenpoint's Transmitter Park, it was fall and the vacant lot was only just beginning. Just north of Transmitter Park, there was also construction underway on another planned pier. Some Brooklyn365 tipsters, er, bypassed the "no trespassing" sign with cell phone cameras to check out that project on India Street. It's looking almost finished.
