A week after the news hit that the Plaza's Oak Room will be closing this summer, Elad Properties CEO and Plaza landlord Miki Naftali is stepping down. The Post hears from sources that Naftali's stepping down because his boss was unhappy with all the retail and restaurant turnover at the Plaza.
