The residents of 333 West 86th Street are big fans of the 20 giant decorative urns that decorate the facade of their building. The building management thinks the urns are a safety hazard. These two viewpoints coexisted peacefully until last week, when a worker showed up and sawed three urns off one resident's terrace. Ruhroh!
